About this saree

Deep bottle green satin with a purple border and pallu — a pairing that looks regal without trying.

The design
Rose sprays with a perched songbird are woven in gold-tone zari across the body. The border is a broad floral vine, and the pallu carries the same contrast colour in a dense zari lattice. The blouse piece is in the contrast colour, dotted with small zari buti.

The fabric, honestly
This is a satin silk blend, not pure silk. The satin weave gives the smooth face and the sheen you see in the photos; the blend makes it lighter and easier to drape and care for.
